Jimmy Johns always seems overly staffed
I go to Jimmy Johns about once a month and every time I go, there are about 10 employees working. There is always someone washing the windows and someone else doing other cleanup, 4 employees making sandwiches and a few others doing other tasks. I always thought most places try to have as few employees working at a time as possible, because labor costs are high. I don't understand how Jimmy Johns can afford to have so many people working at once. Do you know how they do it?
