Real (hopefully local) seafood in Baltimore

DreamCyn Sep 1, 2009 06:15 PM

Hey there.
I'm going to Baltimore for my birthday the weekend after next, and coming from the NC Triad, I want some GOOD fresh seafood. Not fried, over-cooked, or overpriced touristy places but some real, good seafood. Only got one day so that's two meals (three if there's a good breakfast place), anyone have any suggestions??

If you're staying near downtown, you should consider Black Olive. Search this board for feedback on it.

Mamas on the Half Shell in Canton for Baltimore style seafood. Also, Henningers Tavern in Fells Point.

Here's a recent thread on the subject. It got somewhat derailed into semantic debate, but in the process, it also covered more about seafood in Baltimore than you'll ever need to know.
