I had heard so much about the long lines and long waits but it moved pretty fast which was good but still the 30 minutes I had to wait wasn't worth it. I think there shakes are good but there not reallly shakes just a scoop of ice cream with melted ice cream below it. I also like there onion rings but don't think there burgers are anything special. The group that I was with ordered every hamburger on the menu. The bacon cheeseburger was okay because bacon and cheese have so much flavor in itself but I wasn't expecting the kind of bacon that came on it, it was thick and hard to chew. I had the cheeseburger and once I was half way through with it I decided I wanted to take the tomato, lettuce, and onions off because I had enough of it. After I took everything off I was left with a burger patty that was slightly bigger than Mcdonalds what a dissapoint and this place isn't that cheap either fror the quality of food and enviornment you are in. Meat was dry, bacon was burnt and bun seemed like it was at least a few day old. It used to be good but it's not anymore. Stick with Rockys, Ritual Tavern, Urban Solace and In and Out.
