Good diner in Columbia vicinity?

After watching the bazillionth Diners, Drive-In's and Dives, I'm wondering if there are any good diners withing driving distance of Columbia/Ellicott City? I don't want to drive into DC or downtown Baltimore, but somewhere south of Baltimore City up to Beltsville would be ok.
What I'm interested in are good diners for lunch or a quick dinner, places that make their own food and do a good job of it. There are a couple good breakfast spots, but it seems that on
DD&D you see cooks at diners who make great lunch/dinner meals from scratch, and do it very well. Does such a place exist? Or just on TV?

Forest Diner in Ellicott City. Frank's Diner in Jessup. The latter is the best food, the former has more character.

Thanks. We've been to the Forest Diner for breakfast, haven't been to Franks. Will
      definitely check it out.
