Flourless Chocolate Cake (MSP)

I had dinner at Broder's Cucina last night with my family and was forced by my kids and wife to down a quarter of a piece of Broder's bestia nera cake. (It was a dirty job, but someone had to handle it...) Usually, flourless chocolate cakes are too dense for me, but the bestia nera hit me as being just right.

So I thought I'd pass that along and ask where others' favorites are available.

I love that cake. Cave Vin down the street has an excellent flourless chocolate cake as well. Very light, and not too sweet as some tend to be.
