Vienna: Riegi or Mraz & Sohn

Hello - looking for opinions on Riegi and Mraz & Sohn - trying to decide between the two.

Last time (about a year ago) we were at Riegi we got ripped off. We switched the main course of a four course menu to an entree from the a la carte menu and got charged for the full four course menu AND the "extra" main course...

Meanwhile the chef as well as the head waiter have left for greener pastures, but we have had no desire to check back for any changes...

Mraz & Son are reliable and always a pleasure. I would go to Mraz.
