Good Eats in and around Jackson Hole

Hello fellow hounds. Our next trip is taking us to Jackson, Wyoming where we will be for about 5 days. We have never been Northwest of Minnesota so this part of the country is completely foreign to us! Any ideas? We need to do all meals, desserts, anyplace really. Preferably most under $15 a meal. We have a rental car so will be driving to the East side of Idaho, the Southern tip of Montana in Yellowstone, and the Northeastern corner of Utah so places all around there would be good too. "Mom and Pop" type places usually top our lists...Thanks guys!
