I've been to Pho Show on Sepulveda (odd name since if you pronounce it right from what I understand the pun doesn't work, anyway).
I don't find their Pho very interesting. The broth it somewhat bland though the toppings are pretty nice and fresh. Meat is properly rare when asked for and the usual variations are there. If I am craving a quick Pho I will go. But for serious Pho, I will drive a bit further. It is a nice, clean place, if a bit too Westsided up.
I actually like the Bun pretty well there though and will go get that. Fresh rolls aren't bad either.
I personally like Saigon Dish in Redondo Beach right off 405 if I don't feel up to driving to Westminister. I also like Pho Hoa in Hawthorne.

We live in Santa Monica, but usually go to SGV for Vietnamese food.
We haven't tried Pho 99, but the best pho near the Westside is in Lawndale. I like Saigon Dish (not open Sundays), and Pho Hoa isn't bad either.›3 Replies -
Probably the best of what's available is Pho 99. That's not really a compliment... but I'm spoiled by having lived in the Valley (Pho 999, Pho So 1) and near Little Saigon (dozens of places).
Le Saigon is where you go for bun, not pho.

Ewww... I'm sorry but Le Saigon has the most unflavorful pho I have ever had. Even when they give you the weakened fish sauce to add, it still has no flavor. I just went to Pho 99 in Torrance and there's apparently one on Wilshire Blvd. Here's a link to their menu which is surprisingly extensive:

This is probably as good as it gets near Culver City. I feel ya Justine--I'm in CC too and my Vietnamese boyfriend got me into Vietnamese food and we drive to Little Saigon every once in awhile to fill the urge!Jeannette http://talk.2itch.com
