Juicy Sushi...any opinions?

I've tried juicy sushi about three times now...I gave it a second and third chance after reading liz johnsons blog. But two times out of avocado, shrimp yellowtail and asparagus? Am i missing something? Maybe it's only good at luchtime? Each time I ordered it was evening....well before they closed though. Sushi was so-so. I expected at least the spicy rolls to be spicy. Anyone Else?

I'm gonna rant -

1) The name of this place is Juicy Sushi. Sushi should NEVER EVER be juicy. No self respecting Japanese chef would ever open a place called Juicy Sushi. It just screams "CHEAP!! BEWARE!!"

2) Doesn' t serving bubble tea in a sushi joint scream "CHEAP!! BEWARE!!"???

3) Is there a dearth of quality Japanese restaurants in the area that Liz Johnson has to continuously review the likes of Haiku, Asian Temptation, Impulse Hibachi and Wasabi Grill where you will only find Chinese/Taiwanese/Korean masquerading as Japanese sushi chefs. Would it be too much to ask for a decent food critic in Lohud? I'm not asking for Grimes, Reichl or Bruni... just someone that's got enough knowledge not rave about what's essentially NYC corner deli quality sushi.

I have no idea where this place is but I did cringe when I read the name "Juicy Sushi". Ugh.

As far as i know,yeah. But apparently they close early. I've called some evenings with know answer.
