You could try Big Boy on Roosevelt/58th. That's where I usually get it for $1/bunch. I can't guarantee that they always have it though. Or Jin's on Roosevelt/60th, though I usually don't like their quality. The newish produce store on Roosevelt/62ish might also be worth a shot.
