Does anyone know anything about Urban Safari tours?

It sounds like a great concept but I've tried to contact them by email several times and get no response. I wonder if anyone has attended any of their tours or know if they are still around. I would phone, but I'm p'd off now because of their lack of response. So far I don't think I'm inclined to bother. But would like to hear if anyone else has any experiences with them?
