Will spend a night at Freeport and need to eat three meals. Suggestions in the area please.

  1. Lots of info on this area if you do a search.

    A few of my faves:

Broad Arrow Tavern (inside the Harraseeket Inn)...casual, fun atmosphere...very broad menu (pizzas, burgers to steak and seafood). Local sourcing. No rez but call to be put on waiting list...lunch and dinner

    Bucks Naked BBQ...lunch or dinner

Conundrum...small plates, cozy atmosphere, wine bar...evening only

    Gritty's Brew Pub

    Breakfast:The Cafe at Freeport Inn

Avoid: Lobster Cooker...terrible food; tourist trap

Second the Broad Arrow Tavern! I have had great meals there! Also, used to always go to Jameson Tavern for lunch.

Don't forget Ben and Jerry's for ice cream!

    2. As mentioned before, Broad Arrow and Conundrum are top choices. Also consider Azure which is a pretty decent Italian place.
