Quebec City: LR or Toast! Help me decide...

Hi Hounds,
My wife and I are coming up to Quebec City this weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We haven't been in many years - we usually celebrate every year at Toque in Montreal, but are looking for a change.
We'll have one chance at a nice dinner - I've been reading the threads and really like the sound of Toast! But I've been hearing good things about Laurie Raphael for many many years, and wonder if I should make the trip over there to try out the classic.
What do you think -- Toast or LR for the anniversary meal?

Also - any suggestions for a nice breakfast/brunch on sunday morning? Something not too long since we'll be heading out around noon or 12:30pm.

Just a report back-- we had dinner at Toast! and the food was fabulous! Definitely the best meal that I have had in years. As I had read on other threads, the pacing was inconsistent, but since I was prepared for that, it didn't diminish from my enjoyment of the meal.
We also hit Panache for breakfast on Sunday which was good, but I think we were still jaded from dinner the night before.
Thanks to everyone who pointed me towards Toast! I can't wait until I have a chance to go back.

I really like LR, but Toast is fabulous! My vote would be for Toast. There have been some recent glowing reviews. Every meal I've had at Toast has been really wonderful.
