Private Dining for 50 people on a Budget

Help! I'm organzing a dinner for 45-50 people and am limited to a food budget of $65/person. I also have to stay within walking distance of Union Square. So far, I have contacted Primehouse, Craftbar, and Eleven Madison Park (that one was wishful thinking!) but all were outside of my price range.

Do anybody have suggestions? Thanks!
