Trader Joe's Sweet Potato Chips
I usually refrain from posting anything Trader Joe's-related, as there seem to be an infinite number of those on these boards, but I just bought a bag of the aforementioned sweet potato chips and oh. my. god. I swear they put a generous serving of crack in each of these bags. I cannot stop eating them. I am tempted to pour liquid soap in the rest of the bag so I won't demolish the whole thing (a la Miranda from Sex and the City with her boxed chocolate cake).
Lord, give me the strength to stop!

Are these the kind with cinnamon/sugar like Terra Chips? If so I need to try them.

Hi, iluvcookies,
These are not coated with cinnamon/sugar, but they are naturally sweet (sweet potatoes) so they still have that salty/sweet addictive combo.

I LOVE these chips so much I won't even buy them.
Save the crumbs at the bottom of the bag and use it to coat chicken

That does sound delicious...however, I'm with you - I cannot allow myself to buy they anymore, so unless someone brings me some sweet potato chip crumbs (which I would still probably inhale before they made it to the chicken), I am out of luck!

Aren't sweet potatoes good for you? I know they must be fried but it is a better alternative than Lays PC. I guess eating a whole bag of anything is unhealthy.
Every tuesday I have a meeting right next door to a TJ"s. That's when I stock up. I'll buy these today and see if I can restrain myself.

Don't kid yourself. If you want the health benefits of sweet potatoes, eat a sweet potato. Regular potatoes are quite healthy, too, but once you fry or put butter/sour cream, suddenly it loses it properties.

I agree - Highly addictive and easy to polish off the whole bag in one sitting!
