Pimms, does it spoil?

We have a bottle that's been in the cupboard for over 10 years. Is it still good or will it have lost it's flavor?

try it and see. Also once had a very old Pimms, seemed fine to me, alcohol is a preservative! I think the colour changed but it still tasted fine.
