<content>I noticed that steamer referred to it in a thread about French Onion Soup. http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/596076

I just called my library director to alert her about this book. Libraries are about circulation and this book should circulate. Even if the locals don't borrow it, I figure it should circulate in the multi-library system here.</content>

<content>"The first English version will be published in October by Phaidon Press, translated by Clotilde Dusoulier, the Parisian food writer who blogs at chocolateandzucchini.com. "

I believe Phaidon also published the Silver Spoon, and a Spanish cookbook of the same type, 1080 Recipes.

Clotilde sounds like a good person to do this job. Her blog is worth a visit.
