Anybody know where to get back bacon?

Does anybody know of a butcher or market that sells tasty back bacon?

(By "back bacon" I mean cured/smoked boneless pork loin, fat attached. Not the round stuff.)

Organic would be best, but that's a total pipe dream...

  1. Have you tried Jon's? I've definitely bought a smoked pork loin from their meat section. I don't think it was sold as back bacon, but it definitely was a loin, not ham.

    1. Fresh & Easy has some US-made English-style back bacon that is inexpensive and pretty good. I assume they still carry it, though I haven't looked for a while (I'm working my way through a 5-lb. slab from Kentucky!).
