The grilled pork chop with fried egg, cilantro, pickled carrots and daikon, jalapenos, sriracha and hoisin sauce/tuong den (to taste) at Baoguette.

    That sounds really really good. My friend recently told me their pho is pretty good too. have you tried it?

      I had the pho at the Lex/25th St location and it was at once too spicy and yet not as deeply flavored and aromatic, if that make sense - like they dumped a bunch of chilis but didn't perfect the broth. I've had better in Chinatown.
