Please post if anyone knows a source of FRESH Hatch chiles in Milwaukee, or nearby. My order from a place in New Mexico last year didn't work out that well. They made up for not getting me fresh with tons of frozen (still have some), but frozen don't work that well for green chile cheeseburgers....... So, if you see a Hatch, holler, please. thanks. I have used Pam for years to get chile and I just got a card in the mail a week ago or so about fresh roasted chile.
