any good places to eat on the strip in freeport
last sunday i happened to have a fantastic plate of fried ipswich clams and an awesome bowl of new england clam chowder at margo and frank's mermaid. it's almost at the end of the main strip.
If you keep it simple (raw bar, steamers, fried shrimp & calamari, grilled fish sandwich, etc...) - I've had good meals at Braccos.
Never had anything good on the strip itself, but just the dock, before make a left hand turn to Pier 95, it's on the water and I love their food.
I agree, I've never had anything that was better than mediocre at any Freeport restaurant.
