    Meat or Dairy?
For meat, I'd recommend either Piyaz (Turkish food, great grilled meats and fish), or Annie's Kitchen (Chinese and sushi). Both are on Union Tpke near cunningham (around 192nd).

For dairy, check out Yotveta Cafe (Union off 188th) or Cafe Muscat (Union near 179th)

Piyaz is good, but it is a little pricey for a Mideastern restaurant. For example, large meat borekas cost approximately $20.00.

Are there any other good Israeli restaurants in the area?

Piyaz was ok,nothing great. They left tehina out of the order and forgot one salad. The food was fine.

Piyaz is a little bit different than a typical Israeli/Mideastern restaurant. They serve sandwiches in lavash bread instead of pita. They also have schwarma, which is made from lamb instead of a mixture of turkey and lamb or a mixture of baby chicken and lamb. Their meat bourekas, while pricey (about $20 for a large boureka entree) are good.
