Venice, Cortina, Florence, Capri and Rome

Hi,

My husband and I will be traveling in Italy for 3 1/2 weeks in September and October. From various reviews I have found here and elsewhere, these are the restaurants I am planning for dinners. We are spending about 10 days in the Cortina region, hiking the alta via 1, but would love a suggestion for a great meal in Cortina as we will be celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary there.

Venice:
Il Refolo
La Zucca
Trattoria Alle Testiere

Florence:
4 Leoni
La Giostra

Rome:
Armando Al Pantheon
Matricianella
Trattoria
La Fiammetta

Any advice would be great, I think we are just going to play it by ear in Capri, unless anyone can tell me a really great low key place.

In my opinion, La Giostra in Florence is an awful tourist trap and 4 Leoni is only somewhat better.

In Rome, Trattoria no longer has the same chef as when people posted raves about it.
