Suggestions for my one day meal in Tokyo?

I've been to Tokyo many many times, I will only be going there for a short 2 day lay over (really just 1.5 days). My first night arrival will be around 8:30pm, by the time I get to shibuya (where my hotel is) will be 10:30 or so, so late night dinner will be great. I don't know if shibuya has any yata(street food stall?) near the station?

Things that I've tried in Japan that I love: Yakitori in a neighborhood near roppongi, i can't remember the english name, but it's a hole in the wall place. Umenohana (wonderful experience, got private room, so yummy), tonkatsu (one of those must go places, the name escaped me, it's in meguro. Sushi Dai in Tsukiji.
Motsunabe in ebisu.

I also tried Whale, I wasn't too thrilled about eating that, but my Japanese friend took me there as a surprised... long story...

I'm traveling alone, so some nabe places that require minimum 2 order I will not be able to go. Any suggestions?

Since I've been there many times and my limited time, I will only be staying in certain areas for photography/meals/shopping.
Shibuya,
shinjuku
Asakusa
Harajuku/omotesando/aoyama

Will only venture out to tsukiji if I can get up early, since I've already been there, don't want to waste precious time.
Any suggestions welcome!!

The must-go tonkatsu place in Meguro is Tonki.
