Dinner for 30+ in/around Lancaster

I'm trying to find a new location for "dinner programs" in and around the Lancaster area. A private dining room is a must, as the attendees will be veiwing a presentation. Looking for great service and food that can please a large crowd. We used to go to the Log Cabin, it's now closed. Have tried Olde Greenfield Inn, it is too small. And also Carrs, which is fine, but again, we're looking for something new. The programs are done every few months, many times w/ the same group of people, so variety is key!
Thanks!

I would look at Mazzi in Leola, John J. Jeffries in Lancaster, and Stoudt's Black Angus in Adamstown. I believe that my husband's company has had corporate dinners at all three places and been very satisfied. They have also done Gibralter, but have not had as much success regarding private dining and good service for large groups.
