Corned Beef Hash Phoenix

Good Morning!

I am craving corned beef hash and have no idea where to get some in the Valley. I am always afraid to ordered it in case it shows up like the canned variety, I've been burned too many times on that scenario. Anyone have any suggestions on where I can feed this craving? Thanks!

People seem to like Orange Table in Scottsdale. I thought it was good an Goldman's. I'm thinking any Jewish place would be not serve canned.

Update: Over Easy has house-made hash and eggs for $6, and it's not bad. Certainly worth the price. And, if you show up at 6:40 on a Sunday morning, you might be the only customer.

Canned corn beef hash is good. Just cook it in a lot of olive oil.

My DH swears by the corned beef hash at Mimi's. It is definitely homemade, no canned stuff there.

Corned beef hash. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....Try this: Corned beef brisket is wonderful smoked. Crusted with coarse black pepper, paired with slow-roasted onion (roast in 275 degree oven or smoker, foil-wrapped with bay leaf and chili oil) and pan-fried diced red potato & rosemary. Good stuff.

I think the White Flannel Hash (with garlic) is excellent at Orange Table. Have not tried Kashman's...will check it out.
