Gigantes - big white beans

I see these at every olive bar in every grocery and deli - large white beans marinated in oil and herbs, generally labeled "Gigantes," if at all. I've looked at groceries, specialty stores, farmer's markets...and I can't seem to find them! I also can't seem to find a recipe for the marinade...

Any help? I'd take seeds too and try to grow them if anyone can direct me...we love this for nibbling!

Trader Joe's now has them: 12-oz jar, canned with tomato, carrot, onion.

Do you have a Greek store nearby? They are used in many Greek recipes. You can also buy them online. I'd suggest trying an organic source if you can if you plan to sprout them. Also, check the heirloom bean sites as they often will have a large variety of beans. The older the bean, the less likely they will sprout, but beans are easy to grow. Grecian Imports (via amazon) sells them.
