Glass House Tavern Review, Theater District
Just opened couple months ago, showed up on OpenTable.com, gave it a try.
Very nice setup, big, clean airy place.
Prix fixe of $29.99 worked well. Tomato/Mozz salad was tasty, but bit small for my taste.
Chicken was simply prepared but very good.
Salmon also pretty good.
Pineapple Bread Pudding for dessert was quite good.
Overall, one of my new faves for pre-theatre. Service was OK, but way too long a wait between apps and Main.
Fabulous restaurant in theater district. We expected straightforward dishes but were so pleasantly surprised! Salmon and Halibut prepared perfectly with delicious and unexpected flavors - creative and delicious enough for a finer restaurant in a swankier area.

Was thinking of trying this place AFTER we see the Show "The Glass House" :-)
Just saw they have Panna Cotta on the Pre-Fixe Dinner Menu.
Anybody know if its on the Regular Dessert Menu as well?
