Mail order spices that ship to Montreal (like Penzeys)?

So Penzeys says they'll only ship to Canada for a whopping $65.25, which is over half of the cost of my entire order. This doesn't seem right. Does anyone order their spices online or from a catalog in Quebec, and if so where do you get yours?

Épices de cru -- www.epicesdecru.com -- though I usually buy mine at the mother store (Olives et Épices at the Jean Talon Market). The range is huge. Pricey but often an order of magnitude better than anything else on the market. The blends, especially the ras el hanout and Ethiopian berbere, are astoundingly good.
