Captain Pell's or Quarterdeck or other?
Which is the better crab restaurant in the D.C. area: Captain Pell's or Quarterdeck? I'm looking to organize a birthday dinner for a friend of mine and would love to have crabs for dinner without having to drive to Annapolis. Or, do you have another recommendation?

I like the Quarterdeck. The crabs are always nice and heavy this time of year, the cocktails are generous. Always a good time. Call ahead and reserve a table in the shade. Or, better yet, in the evening when it cools down a bit. You can get tables inside, but there's just something wrong about eating crabs indoors.
