While I'm sure the Prime Rib is good at all the places you have listed above, the Hillstone inclusion would not be served like a traditional NY Steakhouse....especially if you are looking for a large piece....they'll serve you more of a sliver.
A Queen or Banquet Cut is usually half a rib, or less than 1/2-3/4 inch thick...or sliced out of the kitchen in what is known as alternating cuts of bone in, bone out . A King Cut would be at least a inch or with one rib. I prefer to get a larger cut with the bone myself and some places will offer a two bone cut.

Have had prime rib in the city, and my best so far is Smith and Wollensky, but haven't had Keens and I hear good things. If you could possibly swing a trip out to Long Island, Bryant and Cooper (they have a website), their prime rib is the best I've ever had, none withstanding. Fred Flintstone large, perfectly cooked, but you must reserve on the phone when you book your reservation or most likely none will be available.
