Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice Cake

When I was in Santa Monica, CA last month, I went to a fantastic restaurant called Sushi Roku. I had the most AMAZING appetizer - Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice Cake. Instead of the usual sushi on a bed of soft white rice it was a crispy rectangle of rice that must have been deep fried or something. Anyway, it was completely awesome and now that I'm back in NY I'm trying to track down this dish but can't find it. Any suggestions???? Thanks!
