Kitchener Farmer's Market info needed

Wondering if anyone knows if there is a good seafood/fish monger and organic chicken place at KFM? Could venture out to St. Jacob's but never have any fish there.

I know there is a fish guy at the Guelph Farmer's Market - same guy that has the Fish Store in Erin. Extremely fresh products. It's called the Village Fish.

There is a fish monger at the Kitchener Market. Indoors/downstairs along Cedar St. He often has fresh and frozen portions, almost entirely freshwater fish, I reckon.
I've never noticed any organic chicken suppliers there. It's been awhile, so I might be wrong at this point.
