Need quick, vegetarian potluck dinner dish.... tonight!
I'm going to a potluck dinner tonight after work. I have approximately 1 1/2 hours to go to the store and make said dish. It's a small gathering of people (6-10) and everyone will be bringing something. The only restriction is it needs to be vegetarian.
Any quick ideas??

Baked ziti. One jar of marinara, one box ziti, small (16 oz) container of sour cream, small package of shredded mozz.
Cook ziti al dente. Layer 1/2 ziti in 9x13 deep (3" or so) baking dish, spread sour cream, layer other 1/2 of ziti, pour on marinara, top with cheese and bake covered for 45 mins at 375, broil until top is lightly browned.
