Pekarski Sausage So Deerfield MA

A few years ago I stayed at a B & B in Greenfield which served the best B & B breakfast I've ever had. The star was the sausage. I asked about it but quickly forgot about it. On Monday I found myself in Deerfield MA where I saw a sign for that very same sausage company, Pekarski on Conway Rd. I stopped for some breakfast sausage and sliced slab bacon. i just had the bacon and it was delicious. It was very meaty, fried up nicely, and did not give up a lot of grease. Can't wait to try the sausage.

I have to agree. You have to try their kielbasa. I've never had the chickens, but they also sound like a must-try.

Sausage is great. Try the whole smoked chickens. Yum.
