inoteca - not high end. vento do not like. Il Buco and Remi never been.
Looking for something a bit higher quality.
      Thanks though

You might check to see if Alto has a private room ....

Alto does have private dining. One room accommodates 16; the other, 24. Not sure if they can be combined. Definitely worth calling to find out.

Convivio is much more casual than Alto. They have private dining but no indication on the website as to how many can be accommodated.

The other upscale restaurant in that group is Marea. I'm pretty sure they have private dining, but there's no info yet on the website.

The 24-seater is separate from the 16-seater. The rooms can be divided for smaller space, but I don't believe they can be combined.

Went to a private party at Del Posto and it is perfect for this!!

Crispo has a private area. Though not "high end" I think they have very high quality food.

Seems like poster is looking for the most expensive italian resto in NYC....What did you decide to go with?

                            1. re: CMG920

Crispo can be loud. That's probably appropriate for a bachelor party, but it doesn't seem to be the kind of restaurant BLover is looking for.

I've not been to Crispo, but I definitely would not consider it high end.

It is mid-priced, definitely not high end.
