When is Liguria Bakery back from vacation?

By what time does one need to get there to avoid being out of luck?

10 a.m. is _usually_ early enough. If you want a full selection, aim for 9 a.m.

I'd say before or around 12:30. I've recently noticed them open as late as 3 on some days.
There are those sporadic days where you wonder if they opened at all.

If it is late, say noonish, you can call and ask if they have anything before heading over.
