Vegas gluten free - any pointers?
Heading to Las Vegas and would like to find some good places where it's fairly safe to eat GF.
I know PF Chang's and it is on my list already.

Wynn Resorts carry great gluten free bread from Beau Monde Bakery, Maggiano's at the fashion Show Mall has loads of GF options as well.
If you are up for street food, there is a great Arepas vendor across the street from the OG.
