I believe there's a bakery called Goldilocks on West Broadway that makes it. I think they have a location on Main St too. Here is their website.

Tung Hing on Kingsway has it, I think...although it's done Vietnamese style. Not very common in Vancouver, unfortunately. I'll have to check out Goldilocks.

You can try Dulce Fine Desserts. They make a delectable, sinful, homemade cassava cake. Perfect texture and just the right sweetness to satisfy your tastebuds. I like them warmed up in the oven or toaster. Goes well with coffee or tea.

You can contact them at dulcecassava@gmail.com. Located in Richmond, BC.

Hope you enjoy it! and btw, welcome to Vancouver!

Also check out the Filipino restos like Pinpin on Fraser or Cucina Manila on Joyce St. by the Joyce Skytrain station.

Also (along with Goldilocks) check out the Filipino groceries alon Main St (near Goldilocks there). Cassava cake is very easy to make, BTW - you can get frozen pre-grated cassava at T&T.
