Yellowbelly Brewery & Public House, St.John's, NL

Wondering if anyone else has been? I had lunch there recently and was very pleasantly surprised. We had beer (I had the irish red) , split a pizza and salad (the watermelon feta's dressing was one of the best things i've ever tasted), and the wood-fired pizza was also very good. I snuck a peek at some of the nearby meals being served, which also looked very very good. Needless to say there were a few intriguing menu items that i'd love to go back and try, as well as the other offerings on tap !

I spent two years in St. John's, and the opening of Yellowbelly was a godsend. In my experience, it was the best place for beer (both in quality & price) in the city, and the food is pretty decent. I had a bad experience with one of the hamburgers once (it was dry to a painful degree), but on the whole, I definitely recommend Yellowbelly.
