Need Restaurant near Loft 218

We are going to a wine class at Loft 218 and I would like to find a restarant near by to have lunch/brunch before the class. Must be open on Sunday, not too pricey and not seafood. Loft 218 is located at 530 Molino Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you!

Cafe Metropol might work. A bit farther away is Pete's, which is also a good option.
