Strawberry Rhubarb Tart - Bon Appetit April 1985
How can I get a copy of this recipe or that issue of the magazine? I made that very easy and gorgeous dessert back in the 1980's not long after the issue came out but can't locate it on line. The closest I've managed was to narrow down the fruit and which issue it was in.
It had a spiral of phyllo that really added to the eye appeal.

I thought your post might be about this new variety of rhubarb I'm seeing in our farmers markets for the first time this year. Its called "strawberry rhubarb." One farmer told me that some people think it's less tart but he didn't think so.
I bought some and am going to make some sauce from it. (If it's not tart, what's the point?)
