The Boathouse, Rockland

My brother just called me about this place in Rockland. RAVED about it. Affordable , great view and fantastic food, Lunched there w 8 of his family members and EVERY dish was a hit. How come this place is NOT on my radar. Any comments?

We've been several times since they opened, and we like it ok. We stick to the mussels, fried clams, steamers, hamburgers, etc., and they'll do a grilled piece of haddock for a sandwich, instead of fried, which is nice. Never tried their more ambitious fare, as we've heard it's iffy. Let us know what you discover.
