VNo at the bottom of Ann Street in Fells Point. Weather permitting there is sitting outside. Very nice setting. They have a light menu offering cheese plates, etc.

Not in your geographic area, but Grand Cru at Belvedere Square is very good.

I've been to Grand Cru, you are right they are very good. Perhaps I'm looking for more food and wine than just wine.

How about Corks in Federal Hill?

I really like Corks. The back bar is cosy, and the new menu is very reasonable.

Not really a wine bar, but their wine list is big and the bar is fun at Cinghiale.

Totally agree on Cinghiale. FYI their list is exclusively Italian, but in my opinion it's the most comprehensive Italian cellar in Baltimore. And they have some decent happy hour and Tuesday evening "enoteca" specials (which is good, since their standard prices are somewhat high).

Is Wine Market still open? I've drank extremely well on the cheap there.

Yes, it is. Another good option for wine and food!
