Fine Dining Recommendations

My husband and I will visiting Toronto, staying in Yorkville, for several nights early this September. I would love to hear about some GREAT restaurants. Price isn't really an issue, but good food, service, and ambiance a must. Chowhounds have always come through with great suggestions. Thanks in advance!

Thank you Chowhounds. I have booked George. I will also look at L'unita, and Colborne Lane. I checked out the menus at Spendido and Scaramouche and I really wasn't thrilled. It's a personal thang!

      2. Also near your hotel and certainly fitting your criteria, you may consider Opus.

        1. If Canoe is a must for the fabulous view alone and offers some of the best high end Canada-centric cuisine in Toronto. It's a very short (10 minute) cab ride from Yorkville.
