Do you mean just drumsticks, or the drumstick and the thigh? If just the drumstick, then 7.79 sounds pretty expensive for only five of them. If it's the leg and the thigh, though, I don't think that sounds too bad. But the leg and the thigh would be a quarter of the eight pieces of a chicken (2 wings, 2 breasts, 2 thighs, and 2 drumsticks), and you are saying they're not quarters.
