Where is the best place or rent a barbecue smoker in LA ?

I think your best bet might be to try one of those party rental companies. I know they have BBQ grills available (generally the large-sized ones that use charcoal), but I'm not quite sure if they have smokers specifically. If not, towards the end of summer, many places have sales on smokers (even Home Depot) and you might be able to pick one up for under $150. Good luck!
