One that sticks in my mind was Emma's Cottage - a lovely little winery. Have a great time - it's a beautiful spot. I've been to Iron Gate Estate (definitely recommend this, Roger only sells through his cellar door and to a few restaurants and with a background in petrochemicals he knows how to create the most amazing blends); Tallavera Grove; Tyrrells; Potters Brewery and the Hunter Valley Cheese Company - all fabulous in my opinion although I would have been happy to stay longer at the cheese co and forego the hops.
