Good selection of bulk foods in Philadelphia?

What are some stores that offer a very good selection of bulk foods? I'm specifically interested in ingredients like vital gluten flour, TVP, and nutritional yeast since I use these to make mock meat from time to time, but I like getting other stuff in bulk as well.

I know these are available at Whole Foods but I was wondering if there are other (cheaper) alternatives. I've become increasingly annoyed that often the packaged selection at WF is the same price or cheaper than the equivalent bulk item, so sometimes I wonder if the bulk section is really there to appeal to their customer's environmental aesthetic rather than actually saving money/resources.

Essene has a good selection, and I think high turnover (could be wrong), but I don't think it is cheaper than WF. Maybe worth a look, though.

If you are looking for flour and things of that nature, I would check out Four Worlds Bakery's website or talk to the owner. He's very friendly and I know he sells bulk of certain ingredients, although I'm not sure it's what you need. In any case, he might know a good place to get what you are looking for. Another good outlet might be the Fair Food Farmstand. They do special bulk orders for people, so if they carry something you want you might luck out with them.
