Indian coming to Watertown Square
Spied in the window of the former Mango Grill/La Casa De Pedro space:
A building permit and a sign saying "Coming soon: Lazziz Fine Indian Cuisine"
Anyone know who is behind this?

It's true! It's true! I read about this a couple of months ago. Here's a bit more on it:

Yeah, and what about the new restaurant on the other side of Main Street but in Watertown Square (maybe across from the library or Town Hall)? I glimpse it as I drive by but have not caught the name. Anyone tried it?

You must be talking about The Talk. (God, that's a dumb-sounding sentence.) I've heard good things about it, but haven't been there yet. It's owned by the same folks who own the Talk of the Town Diner.

Appears to have opened, anyone been?

I went over there yesterday afternoon (to get some info on an article to write) and found that they were closed for the day. But I grabbed a menu from the front. Looks like a fairly typical menu (both lunch and dinner); on the back it says that they do a Saturday and Sunday brunch.
